Data collected through purchased solutions

Sprout 9 Ltd is in the business of providing cloud telephony solutions and associated services. Sprout 9 Ltd collects information (including Personal Information) under the direction of its customers about their business activities, employees, contractors, affiliates, and applicants (“Customer Data”). Sprout 9 Ltd has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes and stores for Sprout 9 Ltd customers and Sprout 9 Ltd will process, store and retain Customer Data as per our agreement with our applicable customer (including transferring the Customer Data to the applicable customer). Therefore, if you are an employee/contractor/applicant of one of our customers, and would no longer like to be involved with one of our customers that use our solutions or otherwise have issues related to your data that is included in Customer Data (such as to correct, amend, or delete such data), please contact the customer that you interact with directly. For the purposes of global privacy laws, Sprout 9 Ltd acts as a processor which accesses and processes Customer Data on behalf of its customers, who are the controller/owner of such data.

Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that certain websites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you have visited, but the only Personal Information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.​

Transfer of personal information

We may transfer your Personal Information within Sprout 9 Ltd’s Group or to third parties acting on our behalf for the purposes of processing or storage.

You may choose to stop receiving our marketing telephone calls and emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these calls or emails or by emailing privacy@sprout9.net. If you purchase a service, you can still opt out of marketing related emails however you cannot opt out of service-related announcements.

Testimonials

Sprout 9 Ltd posts a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company’s website that contains information such as Customer names and titles. Sprout 9 Ltd obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, please email privacy@sprout9.net

Blogs

We may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on our websites. Any Personal Information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Sprout 9 Ltd is not responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit in these forums.

Social media features

Sprout 9 Ltd’s websites may use social media features, such as the Facebook “like” button (“Social Media Features”). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on Sprout 9 Ltd’s website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Privacy shield

Currently Sprout 9 Ltd has elected not to certify under the EU-US Privacy Shield. Sprout 9 Ltd has instead adopted a mechanism which incorporates the use of the standard contractual clauses together with the execution across the Group of an Intra Group Data Privacy Transfer Agreement as our mechanism for transferring personal data within the Group.​

Children and privacy

This website does not target and is not intended to attract children under the age of 13. Sprout 9 Ltd does not knowingly solicit Personal Information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for Personal Information.
